On omegaverse: Things I like about omegaverse include: heats/ruts as altered states which can have permanent consequences, scent as communication & scent-marking in general, possessiveness, alphas or omegas being so desperate for sex they do very stupid things, copious slick/come, character A smelling so appealing that B fucks them against B's better judgement (e.g. incest, enemies, etc), dominance posturing, character A setting up B to come to A during heat/rut (e.g. interfering with B's heat suppressents when A is the only nearby option), bitching.

"Bitching" is when alpha A turns alpha or beta B into an omega via a combination of fucking & exposure to alpha A's semen. I've seen it done consensually, but noncon transformation is my favourite: the horror of B realizing what's happening to them and being unable to stop it, and the way it overwrites their desires & identity. The omega to alpha equivalent is "studding;" it's rarer, but if you want to go that route have fun!

About gender: I have to be in exactly the right mood for trans fic or I get dysphoric, so it's safer to DNW it. This doesn't apply to alternate genital arrangements, like a cis woman with a cock, fantasy dual genitalia, or a vagina with anenome-tentacles inside: people usually write trans characters and e.g. cuntboys differently. When characters are written as trans there's (usually) a narrative awareness of different kinds of dysphoria, kinds of transition, medical procedures (e.g. top surgery, orchi, HRT), language for body parts (e.g. "front hole"), deliberate affirmation or misgendering, etc. But in alternate-genital fic, the character's cis identity is usually unquestioned; in omegaverse bitching, the character is transformed entirely from cis-alpha to cis-omega.

Nidhogg xcons Estinien (copy-paste from sign-up)

There's so much hurt & history between these two. Their fates have been tied together since Nidhogg destroyed Estinien's village, and there are all kinds of times & settings to put them in, with varying levels of separateness/possession/body sharing. The game is a bit vague on what it means for Estinien to have the remnants of Nidhogg's aether, and how separate Nidhogg is from Estinien post-HW.

If you want to go dark, there are lots of places to set it: early when Estinien is Azure Dragoon and overdraws the Eye, Heavensward's.. everything, canon divergence bad end, Nidhogg using his Horde to noncon eggpreg Estinien, or dream xcon post-SB.

If you want to go for something lighter, the way Estinien talks to/about Nidhogg post-SB implies that Nidhogg has found a kind of peace. Maybe he talks Estinien through exposure to an aphrodisiac, there's some cultural misunderstanding between dragon & human notions of sex, or Nidhogg creates an aether avatar to help Estinien through a heat.

Exception to "no body mods" DNW: Estinien is noncon shapeshifted in canon, and if you want to use that or have him retain draconic features afterward, feel free.

I also think of this as the "xcon is normalized" request. (Within a group or a household.) Of course, "normalized" says nothing about how much the victim themselves does or does not want the xcon.

It's up to you how related the aggressor & victim are, if at all, and if you want the victims to be adults or not.

has the victim been expecting something like this would happen, or is it a surprise? What were they hoping for and/or dreading?
how much sex ed does the victim have, and is it accurate (for the time period)?
is there some kind of rite of passage involved (to adulthood, role within community, etc), either as a prerequisite or the xcon itself being part of the rite?
how long has the aggressor been planning this? Have they been shaping the victim into a future spouse/partner, or wanting but denying themselves? Or is it opportunistic or a response to something the victim did?
is it a one-time thing or the first of many?
is the xcon meant as a reward ("reward"), punishment, or neither? How does the victim see it?
